Project Summary

Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney merged to form the largest wealth management firm. To develop a robust broker desktop platform, Morgan Stanley initiated a massive systems conversion project. This required training over 16,000 financial advisors, 8,600 client service associates, and 1,600 managers. Quantum partnered with a team of over 500 facilitators to deliver comprehensive training across dispersed branch locations in the USA.

Project Summary

Suntrust and BB&T banks merged to create Truist Bank. Loan officers, supervisors, and regional managers needed soft and hard skills training on bespoke Sopra and nCino banking software.

Specific training included mortgage loan origination, HELOCs, Auto lending, Personal and Business Lending, credit card practices, and all bank policies, and procedures including documentation and regulations.
