Project Summary

Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney merged to form the largest wealth management firm. To develop a robust broker desktop platform, Morgan Stanley initiated a massive systems conversion project. This required training over 16,000 financial advisors, 8,600 client service associates, and 1,600 managers. Quantum partnered with a team of over 500 facilitators to deliver comprehensive training across dispersed branch locations in the USA.

Project Results

  • Delivered in-line training and coaching to financial advisors and support staff over an 18 month period.

  • Participated in a 2-week Train-the-Trainer program.

  • Achieved an impressive 90% training completion rate from branches, exceeding the goal and ensuring employees were prepared for the new system.

  • Contributed to staff retention and key financial advisor retention, contributing to the organization’s overall success.

Project Summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield needed to equip their representatives to handle high call volumes, navigate complex multi platform systems, and meet service goals.  

Project Results

  • Multi platform system navigation training, including bespoke Salesforce applications and integrated telephony software.

  • Policy knowledge training.

  • Soft skills training for all levels of customer support.  

  • Virtual and in classroom instructor led training and support to call center representatives, group managers and new hires.

  • Increased operational improvements including lower client call wait times and higher CPI scores.

  • Implemented workforce management software that helped reduce over and under staffing.

Project Summary

Suntrust and BB&T banks merged to create Truist Bank.  Loan officers, supervisors, and regional managers needed soft and hard skills training on bespoke Sopra and nCino banking software.

Project Results

  •  Specific training included mortgage loan origination, HELOCs, Auto lending, Personal and Business Lending, credit card practices, and all bank policies, and procedures including documentation and regulations.

  •  Collaborated with SMEs and Truist internal trainers to provide role specific support. 

  • Achieved a 93% positive experience feedback report from training participants.
